Ok I love to shop. So what? What girl on this planet is not a shopoholic? Every woman needs that Michael Kors Bag and those Tory Burch shoes. In my opinion, fashion is everywhere. Let's face it, sometimes the Chanel bag is screaming your name as you walk outside of the store by the window in Bal Harbor. What is that bag implying? "Come buy me!" I love holding tons of designer bags in my hand so that other females look at me with envy. But is it worth it? As a Fashion Designer in Miami I always need to look presentable and fashion forward due to the fact that Miami in general is completely fashion backwards. I see shopping as an investment! If we buy smart ladies then what is there to lose? Hide the receipts and the evidence from loved ones if necessary and just be fierce. Do whatever needs to be done to feel confident and look good on the streets. Be respectful to the public eye and maybe one day the paparazzi will attack. Fashion is always evolving which always makes my job so much more fun and interesting. As for the retail stores? Shop on!
